The Fourth Annual Herbert Hoover High School Cheer Golf Tournament tees off at 8 a.m. at the Little Creek Golf Course in South Charleston, while the CAMC Golf Classic has a shotgun start promptly at 9 a.m. at Charleston's Berry Hills Country Club. As always, there’s more info linked in the community calendar below.
Let’s get this week started.

Officials seek feedback to help shape safer streets
Charleston transportation officials are asking residents, commuters, business owners and visitors to weigh in on transportation safety. A new survey will help the city identify safety concerns and priorities as it develops its Safe Streets and Roads for All Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. The federally funded plan aims to reduce traffic crash-related deaths and serious injuries while making streets safer and more accessible.
